Complaints Procedure

Here at GPSTL we take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied in any of the services we provide, please follow the process for raising a formal complaint.

If you want to speak to someone about your complaint, you can call us on 0330 1000 610 (lines are open 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and we will try to resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
