To support and strengthen our commitment to the GP Strategies Customer Values, GP Strategies Training Limited (GPSTL) has adopted the following Customer Charter and will strive to hold to its principles:

  • We will aim to provide the widest possible choice of service to its customers by working in partnership with appropriate organisations, associates and industry bodies.
  • We will provide personal service to all its customers with dedicated GPSTL contacts who will respond quickly to enquiries and requests for proposals.
  • We will strive to provide value for money to its customers at all times.
  • We will reward its under 25 candidates for achievement within the agreed target date.
  • We will keep its customers informed of its products, services and successes.
  • We will help to celebrate its customer achievements.
  • We will demonstrate its commitment to quality through achievement of quality awards, as shown by its achievement of ISO 9001, Investors in People, Adult Learning Inspectorate (ALI) awards and local awards for Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and National Trainee Awards.
